Jon Haley
I grew up in Dexter with three siblings, in a household where life revolved around family and baseball. I spent countless hours on the field with my brothers while our dad coached from the sidelines. Off the field, he ran a successful heating and cooling business for 26 years. Some of my earliest memories are of riding along with him on service calls, watching as he solved problems and earned the trust of his customers. Saturdays often blended baseball games, family dinners, and HVAC calls—a rhythm that instilled in me both a strong work ethic and a passion for this industry.
Although I’ve been around HVAC most of my life, I’ve spent the past 12 years working full-time in the field before founding Home Run Mechanical.
Today, I live in Pinckney with my wife, Audra, our daughter, Addison, and two spirited (and very vocal) beagles. As a family, we love camping, boating, and taking long walks together.
