Lead Install Technician

We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Lead Install Technician to step up to the plate and join our team.

About the Role

As a Lead Install Technician, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Installing, testing, and servicing heating and cooling systems in residential and light commercial settings.

  • Ensuring all work meets manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company standards.

  • Maintaining tools, equipment, and a clean, safe job site.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone who takes pride in their craft and enjoys working as part of a team. The ideal candidate is:

  • Skilled and dependable, with strong technical ability and attention to detail.

  • Customer-focused, with a friendly and professional attitude.

  • Experienced: Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience (we’ll train the right person).

  • Licensed to drive, with a clean driving record.

  • Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and other varied environments, with the ability to lift equipment as needed.

What We Offer
